Carmel location was founded by Kallie Allender and Brittney Wolfe in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth the last 4 years. They’re settling into their brand new location this year and have expanded their service list. The flora location opened in 2025.
The Mt. Carmel location staffs 1 nurse practitioner, 3 nurses, 1 aesthetician, 2 cosmetologists, and 1 clerical staff. They offer a functional medical approach to hormones, weight loss, and generalized wellness care. Their primary focus within the wellness clinic is to find the root cause and thus they look deeper into hormone imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, and metabolic disruptions. They treat both male and female hormone imbalances. They are currently cash pay only and partner with an affordable lab for more thorough workups. In addition to the wellness services, they are a full service medspa offering: botox, fillers, laser treatments, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin resurfacing, biostimulators, body contouring, chemical peels, IV infusions, peptide treatments, weight loss treatments and vitamin injections.
The spa side of the building offers relaxing and tailored facials, hydrafacials, back facials, body waxing, spray tans, and a salon.
