Lockhaven Storage Park is owned by Matt and Becky Pyatt, and is a family affair. Their kids Carter and Cate help with maintenance of the storage park. The Pyatt family made new friends and found new hobbies, many of which involved ATV’s and side by sides, bikes and trailers. They discovered they needed a place to store all these new toys.
The Pyatt family searched Mt. Carmel for places to rent and or land to buy. Places to rent did not have space for trailers, and land to buy was already in use for farming. This search grew into an idea. Matt and Becky figured if they were struggling finding a place for boats, trailers and campers that maybe others were as well. This is how Lockhaven Storage became a reality.
This storage facility is directed towards storage of campers, RV’s, Boats, Trailers, extra vehicles, and equipment.They offer 4 different types of spot options. There is a small and large option with it being covered or not covered. The park has a security gate 24/7 to keep your possessions locked and secured.
