Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Providing support and assistance to residents
• Answering phones and taking shelter inquiries
• Completing required reports and shift documentation
• Performing various office and administrative tasks
• Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent care and accountability
