Cookies by Caitlin is a dream come true for Caitlin Roche. Starting in the Spring of 2025 she offers specialty cookie designs for any occasion. These sweet treats can be custom orders or designs according to holidays, special events, or just for fun!
Caitlin saw a need in the community and wanted to have a creative outlet which pushed her to pursue starting the business. Caitlin spent a year practicing and taking classes to get to a point where she had the skills sharp enough to sell. As a new business, Cookie by Caitlin has been blown away by the amount of community support and word-of-mouth marketing they have been receiving. Caitlin attributes that and her faith in how successful the business has been so far.
In the future, they would love more time to bake and watch the business grow. Adding cookie flavors and hosting cookie decorating classes are some fun ideas being thrown around. Caitlin can be found volunteering in her free time with the Hickory Grove Great Banquet, her church Community Church of God, and the Lunch Wagon.
