• Working the food truck
• Helping at our commissary events
• Traveling to catering gigs
• Interacting with customers (a LOT — personality matters here)

• Flexible schedule (this is a must)
• Strong people skills & positive energy
Experience is a plus — but not required. We can teach BBQ… we can’t teach hustle.

• Reliable transportation + willingness to travel
• Serve Safe Food Handler Certification

• Must be dependable — our team counts on each other
