Position: Full Time Retail Banker for our front end
The Retail Banker develops relationships with prospective and existing clients by proactively promoting the bank and its services, opening checking, savings, and electronic accounts and services, providing service via telephone and in person, and performing transactions at the teller line.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Display extensive knowledge of bank products.
• Deliver stellar service to our clients.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Ethically work within established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a leadership role in the community through strategic community involvement.
Qualifications
• Stellar customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (critical thinking and listening skills)
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
The position offers a competitive salary, medical insurance coverage, 401K-retirement plan, and other benefits. Starting pay is $19.95
